Shipping policy
Lead time All items are made to order. Please allow 10-14 business days from proof approval (or from order date for non-personalised items) for your piece to be made, then delivery time on top. If you have a deadline such as a wedding, housewarming or festival, mention it in the order notes or email us before ordering and we will tell you whether it is achievable.
Shipping rates (Australia only) Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order:
- Small items (up to 2 kg) - $15
- Medium items (up to 5 kg) - $30
- Large panels (over 5 kg) - $70
Acrylic and layered panels are packed with corner protection and rigid backing, and larger panels ship by courier. We currently ship within Australia only.
Local pickup (Sydney - Hills District) Free local pickup is available from our home studio in Box Hill, NSW. Select "Local pickup" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready with the pickup address and available times. Pickup is by appointment only.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
Damaged deliveries If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return and refund policy - photograph the item and packaging and email us within 14 days of delivery.
