Refund policy

Made to order
Everything we make is cut to order and most pieces are personalised, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or errors in text or artwork you supplied or approved on the proof.

Damaged or faulty
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you approved, email info@seasonsignstudio.com.au within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll put it right - repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be cancelled before cutting starts; once materials are cut we're unable to cancel.
