1. Choose your design and size
Every piece in the store is available in the sizes listed. Larger than 600mm? Use the Custom Order page and we will quote it.
2. Tell us the details
For name plaques, type the name in the box on the product page before adding to cart - it comes through on your order. For other personalised pieces, reply to your order confirmation email with the wording, or email us straight after ordering. Colours other than those shown are usually possible - just ask.
3. Approve your proof
Within 2 business days we email you a digital proof showing the layout, spelling and layers. Nothing is cut until you say yes. Check names and dates carefully - the proof is what we make.
4. We cut and assemble
Each piece is laser cut from 3mm cast acrylic in our Sydney studio, layered and bonded by hand, then packed with corner protection and a rigid backing.
5. Delivery or pickup
Allow 10-14 business days from proof approval, plus delivery. Shipping is a flat rate by size, or pick up free from Box Hill by appointment.
Hanging your piece
Panels come with double-sided mounting tape or standoff fixings, depending on the design. The mirror layer has a protective film - peel it off after hanging. Wipe with a dry microfibre cloth only; no glass cleaner or alcohol.
Common questions
Can I get a different colour? Yes. White, black, gold mirror, rose gold mirror, silver mirror and pastel pink are on hand. Other colours can be ordered in - allow an extra week.
Can you add LED backlighting? Yes, on most panels 400mm and above. Ask on the Custom Order page.
Do you do business signage? Yes - reception signs, 3D lettering and lit logo panels. Send your logo and rough dimensions and we will quote.
What if it arrives damaged? Photograph the item and the packaging and email us within 14 days and we'll put it right.
Do you ship outside Australia? Not at the moment.
